Villa designed for enjoyment. 200 m from the promenade, 200 m from the beach. Villa for 18 + 2 persons. Pool 60 m2 + Jacuzzi The villa is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood just a few hundred metres from the centre of Medulin. Not far away from the villa you can find two beautiful bays. It is just three minutes from the most popular sandy beach in Istria – Bijeca, with crystal clean sea that is surrounded by pines. A view into the boats between numerous islands in the open sea and the sand between your toes will eliminate all of your problems and completely relax your body and soul. The vicinity of the sea, beaches, restaurants, markets, walking areas and everything you desire means that you can park your car in the enclosed parking lot for 6 vehicles and not even drive until the end of your vacation.

On the ground floor of the air- conditioned villa is a new, fully equipped master kitchen with tables for dining. Attached to it there is a spacious living room, from where you have a view on to the children’s playground on the green surface surrounded by olive trees, the pool and the terrace. On the first floor there are 4 and on the second floor there are 5 rooms with modern interiors that include king size beds, your own bathrooms, air conditioning and LED TV. Freely choose the colour of your room and bring out the romance with series of LED lighting fixtures with subdued colours. Leave your rooms for the terrace that offers you a view on the local environment and relax there in the company of a good book. In the basement of the villa there is a cellar (konoba) that houses some of the most exquisite and famous Istrian wines and home-made extra virgin olive oil that has been awarded on numerous occasions. Within the villa you have a sauna, gym and a fitness centre for all of you who want to stay fit. Two bicycles that will provide you with great mobility and the possibility of getting to know the city much better.

The 1400 m² space is surrounded by high walls that give you privacy and possibilities to spoil all of your senses. The beautiful landscape is created by scents of lavender and rosemary, in which the colours of roses and oleanders are gently immersed. On the beautiful terrace beside the pool there is an outdoor kitchen and gas barbecue that is made for real gourmets. The hand-made wooden tables and chairs for 20 people will be your favourite spot for spending the day to the sounds of waterfalls that harmoniously merge with the pool and the jacuzzi. The wooden loungers with small tables and separate pillows under the sunshade just call you to relax and have a cocktail. You will experience all the magic of a luxury vacation in your own 60m2 mega pool with geyser, in the heated hydro-massage jacuzzi with special places for laying down for an underwater massage.

A separate room with big screen TVs on which you can connect your favourite console and comfortable sofas will provide the youngest ones an unreal feeling of virtual reality. Within the same gaming room you have a football table of tournament size dimensions so you will not be able to resist playing at least a game or two. Two bicycles will be at your disposal, free of charge. There is also a travel bed for small children.

Once a fishing village, today a modern tourist resort, Medulin offers a dynamic and eventful vacation. Everything is focussed on tourism. There is a bank in town that works all year round, as well as ATMs, post office, doctors' offices, pharmacy, marketplace, car wash, stores, souvenir shops, jewelry shops, hairdressers and galleries. A wide variety of entertainment is offered, ranging from discotheques open until morning to terraces with live music. Well-preserved remains of ancient civilizations constantly attract tourists searching for new information and insight. Istrian medieval towns are just as attractive, as well as the priceless treasuries of their churches. Those who prefer natural beauties can visit the Brijuni National Park, Plitvice Lakes National Park and unavoidable nature park Cape Kamenjak, situated in the very heart of the Medulin Riviera. During your stay in this area with a rich fishing tradition discover the delights of homemade dishes - crab salad, black risotto or brodetto.
