Situated in an elevated position with spectacular views of the Cilento Sea, this beautiful vacation home is made of typical Cilento stone. The property is located on a hill overlooking the village of San Marco di Castellabate (about 800 meters away, also reachable on foot). The house was created from an old farmhouse, carefully restored keeping the characteristic materials such as the wooden beams and ceramic floors. The house consists of a kitchen-living room and seven bedrooms, all accessible only from the outside and not connected internally. All are rented together as IKC566, ideal for groups of friends. In an outbuilding below the villa and completely separated from the central building, there is a small apartment where the keyholder stays. He takes care of the daily maintenance of the villa, the pool and the garden. In the main building there are seven bedrooms, one of which has a gallery with two beds and the other an additional sofa bed for two people. The wide open areas with magnificent panoramic views are equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The location is perfect to reach some of the most interesting places of Cilento such as Castellabate and its characteristic historic center (4 km), Acciaroli (12 km) and Paestum (30 km). For your excursions you can not miss a visit to the Amalfi Coast, 100 km away, 110 km from Pompeii and the city of Naples, 150 km away.
