Discover this pleasant vacation accommodation with private pool and pretty fenced garden, 9 km from the beaches and a stone's throw from the wonders of the Côte Vermeille. This semi-detached house is located in Saint-André, in the Eastern Pyrenees, between the sea and the mountains, 11 km from Collioure, very close to Argelès-sur-Mer, the border with Spain and the spa town of Boulou.
The living room as well as the rooms are all on the 1st floor, except for the laundry room. The first floor is unoccupied during your presence. The pool as well as the garden are secluded and the whole area is reserved for you. The living room opens to a pleasant sun terrace on the upper floor.
This charming villa is ideal for one or two families who want to take advantage of this beautiful region, an ideal place for walking and swimming in the sea.
Le Boulou offers wonderful days of relaxation with its thermal bath and walks. Take a trip to Perthus, 21 km away, a border town where you can enjoy a rich heritage, lively festivals, interesting stores and the Fort de Bellegarde built by Vauban. The Côte Vermeille offers magnificent rocky bays, take the wine route where you can taste exceptional red, rosé and white wines (AOC Collioure, AOC Banyuls).
Then head to Port-Vendres and its magnificent fishing port of Cap Béar in the bay of Banyuls, where you can follow the exceptional underwater marine trail with fins, mask and snorkel. Saint Cyprien is 15 km away and offers 6 km of white sand beach and a pleasant promenade by the sea.You can also take kitesurfing and stand-up paddling lessons.
