Kleine Ferienwohnung (25 m²) mit separatem Eingang und einer Wohn-/ Schlafraumkombination mit Doppelbett (160 x 200) und Couchliege (Aufbettungsmöglichkeit für 1 Kind bis max.5 Jahre (Klappcouch-Liegefläche 1,3m * 1m). Ebenerdig mit Terrasse im Grünen, TV, Pantryküche und Dusche/ WC.



Bungalow 3 wurde im März 2022 renoviert.



Anreise ab Rostock Hbf mit öffentlichem Nahverkehr: Straßenbahn Linie 4 bis Haltepunkt "Dierkower Kreuz" (am Wochende Linie 3) fahren,  "Hinrichsdorfer Straße" überqueren, auf der linken Seite liegt der "Ludwig-Feuerbach-Weg" (etwa 5 min Fußweg).



Der  Bungalow befindet sich auf unserem Grundstück, im grünen, wo wir auch wohnen, in ruhiger Lage. Vor dem Bungalow ist eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Der Bungalow besteht aus einer Wohn-/ Schlafraum-Kombination,Bad, TV, Radio, Miniküche mit zwei Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemachine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind incl., kostenloses W-LAN.  Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Dierkow West ist eine Eigenheimsiedlung und liegt ca. 4 km nordöstlich vom Rostocker Stadtzentrum entfernt. Zur Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle Dierkower Kreuz sind es lediglich 5 min Fußweg. Mit der Straßenbahn erreichen sie das Stadtzentrum in 10 min. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vom Dierkower Kreuz können sie auch den Bahnhof, den Zoo, das Seebad Warnemünde und vieles mehr sehr gut erreichen. Von der A 19, Ausfahrt Rostock-Nord, sind es zum "Ludwig-Feuerbach-Weg" ca .2 km. Zum Strand nach Markgrafenheide sind es mit dem Auto 20 min. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich Bäcker, Fleischer, Discounter,Eisdiele sowie verschiedene Gastronomiebetriebe.
Ab dem 01.09.2023 erhebt die Hansestadt Rostock eine Kurabgabe, in Höhe von 3,70 Euro, pro Person pro Tag. Diese entrichten sie bei Anreise beim Vermieter. Sie erhalten eine Kurkarte mit der sie unter anderem den ÖPNV kostenlos nutzen können.
