Nice Apartment in Savudrija with Furnished Terrace and Panoramic View

Nice apartment, fully furnished, with a terrace offering spectacular sea views and overlooking the small port of Savudrija. On the furnished terrace, you can eat while enjoying a breathtaking panoramic view and spend unforgettable romantic evenings away from the chaos. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a building with 6 periodically occupied apartments, on the ground floor two excellent restaurants offering fish menus and more with terraces overlooking the sea and harbor. The area is quietly surrounded by greenery, excellent for those who want to spend their holiday away from the noise of the city. The area is ideal for relaxing walks among the surrounding nature, for cycling lovers, there are various cycling tracks nearby, wonderful places to visit. Pets (surcharge) and children are welcome.

Savudrija is a small fishing village located in the Savudrija lagoon. Here you can buy freshly caught fish directly from local fishermen. In the village, there are three excellent restaurants, the Catholic church, a playground, a small private campsite. The nearest beach is on the other side of the lagoon in the campsite about 600m from the house. For good swimmers, it is also possible to dive from the outside of the pier. To shop it is necessary to travel around 3 km to Bašanija.

Bašanija is a small town 6 km away from the center of Umag. In Bašanija you will find shops, banks, post office, bars, restaurants, fast food, and more. Its rugged coastline is characterized by numerous small beaches. There are many varieties of pebble, rocky and sandy beaches with trees nearby to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. The coast is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in plants of different species of evergreen shrubs, pines, and cypresses. Thanks to the air you breathe in this area, with an ideal concentration of plant and marine aerosols, the climate of the area is able to promote physical well-being. This characteristic was already known in the Austro-Hungarian era. Tourism in this locality originally developed in the context of well-being. In Bašanija mare rises the oldest do of the Adriatic which was built in the year 1818.

In the vicinity, there are various leisure possibilities: tennis courts, a golf course with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, various boat or bus trips. Water sports enthusiasts will find diving, water skiing, and surfing here. Renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore the area will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and an impressive marina. Excursions in the hinterland interesting the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun typical medieval town known for the film festival, Livade the area of ​​the white truffle, Hum the smallest town in the world, the seaside areas PN Brijuni, boat trip Fish picnic, Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Baredine cave. A visit to the theme park in Funtana and the Istralandia water park will make the hearts of people of all ages beat faster.
