    “Positiv: La gentilezza dell'agenzia locale. Negativ: Pur con gentilezza l'agenzia locale non ha attivato la manutenzione per rendere usufruibile non manualmente il televisore presente in cucina.
    Lo scaldabagno non permette di completare una doccia calda perché si accende dopo cinque secondi dall'apertura del rubinetto, ma si spegne subito alla chiusura del rubinetto inibendo per cinque secondi successivamente l'acqua calda.
    La piazza sottostante, a causa del mancato controllo delle forze dell'ordine, di notte è luogo di riunione di bestemmiatori seriali, udibile nell'appartamento con infissi insufficienti acusticamente.
    Il Wi-fi non è presente nell'appartamento, contrariamente alla descrizione di connessione a pagamento ed abbiamo dovuto aprire un contratto senza la collaborazione dell'agenzia locale.”
