Lovely Viktoria holiday apartment has a private entrance and makes the ideal starting point for climbing, cycling and hiking tours in summer. The Oberried climbing garden and the waterfall in Lehn can be reached in a few minutes. In winter, the free skibus towards Sölden/Gurgl stops at approx. 100 m from our house. Straight from your holiday home to the cross-country ski run! Just opposite you will find the access point of the 40 km network of Nordic trails within Längenfeld. The Aqua Dome - Tirol Therme Längenfeld spa center is approx. 3 km away and what's best, you get reduced admission tickets here at our guesthouse.

If you prefer to explore nature by mountain bike or on foot, you can start directly from your doorstep as there are cycling and hiking trails nearby. A bus stop is approx. 100 m from our guest house.
Do you prefer some WELLNESS programs? - The Aqua Dome - Tirol Therme Längenfeld spa center is approx. 3 km away and what's best, you get a reduction of -15% on your admission ticket to the thermal baths.
