You won't need your car as all important facilities are a stone's throw away from our house. Right next door you'll find a practicing ski lift in winter, and numerous hiking trails in summer. Supermarket, sports shops, ski school, Festkogel mountai gondola with lift ticket office and several restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
