The apartment is located just behind the dike on the 4th floor of an apartment building, which is quiet but centrally located (next to the "Strandklinik"). In only a few minutes walk are the Spa centre with shops, the Wellness Center, the Dune thermal baths and the transition to the beach with the sea bridge.
The house has an elevator, coin-operated washing machine and dryer, as well as a table tennis room.
There is a numbered parking lot on the property, which is directly opposite the entrance to the house.
Bicycle parking is available in the outdoor area next to the entrance door (additional small bicycle cellar).
The lawns and the children's playground on the communal property of the house are available free of charge.
