The house "Deichkönig" is located in the part of the village called "Dorf", about 800m from the center and 400m from the dike. The large property is dominated by lawn areas and is regularly maintained by a gardener. It is fully fenced and offers children great play opportunities. 

You park your car on a parking space within the property and your bicycles can be accommodated in a spacious garden house. 

To relax, a large southeast terrace invites, with awning, beach chair and garden fireplace. There are sun loungers and on the Weber gas grill you can prepare steaks and other delicacies.

The house has a cozy living room with rustic seating, two modern bedrooms, a fully equipped new kitchen and a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower tray. All rooms are accessible from a central corridor, there are no connecting rooms. With an occupancy of up to 4 people optimum living comfort is given, another two beds offers a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
