    “Die Wohnung ist in Ordnung aber es wären aus unserer Sicht hier und da einige Schönheitsreparaturen erforderlich. Positiv: Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Negativ: Im Badezimmer waren große Risse in den Wänden (in den Schlafzimmern nicht ganz so groß). Die dunklen Flecken an der Badezimmer Decke könnten Schimmelflecken gewesen sein. Die Toilettenbürste wurde einfach auf die Wandhalterung des fehlenden „Bechers“ für die Bürste gelegt. Dies empfanden wir als sehr unhygienisch.”
