Conditions:

- Down payment of 20% of the total price will be charged after booking, the remaining amount will be paid on site in cash with the visitor's tax

- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival will be charged 20% of the total price, later cancellations will be charged 90% of the total price - Arrival from 2 p.m., departure by 10 a.m.

- Your guest care The Balzke family lives in the house, handing over the keys and apartment personally or using a key safe for late arrivals after 10 p.m. (code transmission with booking confirmation)

- Dogs of any size are allowed after prior registration, we charge 8 euros per day - Baby bed and high chair available, please register in advance

- The travel price includes all additional costs (bed linen, towels, final cleaning, all consumption costs, baby cot and high chair if required), plus guest tax.

- Parking space at the house, subject to availability, further free parking space opposite Museum Frohnauer Hammer 80m away
