The house "Tüskenwarf" was built in 2005 for private purposes and modified in the year 2020. It comprises of two separate holiday accomodations. The bigger one "Groot" is for 4 adults and 2 children and has 106 qm, the smaller one for 2 adults with 30 qm is "Lütt". For each apartement there is a parking place in the carport besides the house with a shared 11KW charging station. Additional free parking opportunities are 300m away on public ground.

The middle of the neighborhood centre is 5 min by foot. There, you find erverything for daily life, restaurants, shops, bakery and banks as well as the Wednesday market. Near the market place you also find the tourism center. The walk to the dunes and the dike takes about 10 min along Ostland Straße. The nearest beach "Dorf" is about 20 min away in the same direction. 

Public transport is supplied by the local bus with a station 300m away. The railroad station is 1km away.

The main appartement "Groot" measures 106 qm on two levels. It is rented to 4 adults plus 2 children. On the ground floor thereis a large living room with separate dining area. You may step out on the terrace directly from there. On the terrace you find garden furniture for 6 persons and a big but mobile parasol. A separate sitting area with a wicker beach chair gives you enough room for a comfy reading hour. The kitchen with an additional table for two contains a modern and comfortable kitchen unit with all equipment. It also has an exit to the terrace, ideal forsetting the table outside. On the first floor you will find the guest toilet and a shower bath room with a washing machine and a powerful condense dryer situated under a comfortable working surface. Satellite TV is established as well as WLAN with internet connectivity. Fibre cable are in the street and expected in the house until end of 2020. The energy taken from the wallbox is calculated separately. There is a Sauna house outside which may be rented as an option.

On the upper floor you finde 3 sleeping rooms, each for 2 persons. The parents room has a double bed (1,80x2,00 without foot board and with 2,20 linnen). The second sleeping room has 2 separate beds (0,90x2,00) and the childrens room which we call "The Bude" is for the small ones but the beds are normal in size. A bath room with toilet and shower complete the upper floor.

Conditions:

As a consequence of the energy crisis the outdoor sauna is not available.

The guest transfers a first installment about 20% of the total price after confirmation of his booking and the rest 14 days before his arrival. In addition, he tranfers a deposit of 250€. This amount a payed back after leaving the apartment without damages.
