Die 45m² große Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines 6-Parteien Hauses. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen entspannten Urlaub am Meer benötigt wird. Im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Kabelfernsehen, Radio und einem Esstisch können Sie sich fast wie zu Hause fühlen. Die offene Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet:Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Herd mit Backofen, ein Toaster u.v.m.
Das Schlafzimmer hat, so wie das Wohnzimmer, einen Zugang zur sonnigen Südterrasse. Ein gefliestes Duschbad mit WC komplettiert das Angebot.
Auf dem sonnigen Südbalkon können Sie den Tag mit einem schönen Frühstück beginnen und einem gemütlichen Drink ausklingen lassen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen privaten Parkplatz, der sich genau vor der Terrasse befindet, im Keller des Hauses befindet sich ein Fahrradkeller und eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäschetrockner mit Münzeinwurf.
Sie haben einen separaten Eingang zur wohnung und auf der Rückseite des Hauses befinden sich Fahrradständer.
Sahlenburg ist "die kleine Schwester" von Cuxhaven - auch hier gibt es einen schönen Sandstrand und Meer zum Genießen. Es geht aber ein wenig ruhiger zu, als in Duhnen, Döse oder Cuxhaven-City. Die Ortsteile Duhnen und Döse mit ihren Restaurants, Cafés und Strandpromenaden sind nur ein Katzensprung entfernt, auch Cuxhaven ist schnell zu erreichen, sowohl mit dem Fahrrad, als auch mit dem Auto. Einen Fahrradverleih finden Sie "direkt um die Ecke". Spieka-Neufeld mit seinem Kutterhafen ist schnell mit dem Rad erreicht. Entscheiden Sie einfach selbst, ob sie auf der Suche nach Jubel, Trubel und Heiterkeit sind, oder ob Ihnen die Ruhe wichtiger ist.
