The free ski bus to the Stubai Glacier resort and the perfectly groomed cross-country skiing trail start right outside our front door. The centre of Neustift can be reached within 5 minutes only.

Enjoy the Tyrolean Mountains, relax and feel good – you can do so all year round in our spacious, newly built apartments in the two directly neighboring Alpenkönig and Alpenkönigin guesthouses.

In your bright and friendly apartment you will experience the unique atmosphere of the stunning mountains around Neustift in the Stubaital. Enjoy your modern Tyrolean- style holiday with comfortable and trendy amenities and let yourself be inspired by the magnificent views of the Stubai Glacier in the morning. Every apartment offers spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a new and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, as well as a spacious balcony with Mountain View or a sun terrace with access to the green garden – ideal conditions for families and those who prefer a relaxed setting. In the Alpenkönigin guesthouse couples as well will experience relaxing hours in our cosy snuggle room. Alternatively you can also exclusively rent it together with your apartment. In the meantime your children can play in our green garden. Sociable barbecue nights await you on the terrace.

On request you can also use our fresh roll delivery service in the morning. Whether skiing or hiking experience, the Stubaital leaves nothing to be desired, no matter what the season. It offers perfectly groomed pistes in Austria's largest glacier skiing area, Stubai Glacier, and romantic walks in the Schlick 2000 resort or to the enchanting Mischbach waterfalls. Since summer 2012 we have been a member of the BIG Family Stubai Summer Club that offers your children a wonderfully varied programme where they can discover and explore nature.
