Our guesthouse is located at the heart of Obergurgl, right next to the base station of Rosskarbahn and Hohe Mut Bahn gondolas. The ski slopes attract winter aficionados while myriad hiking trails await you in summer. The terms "ski-in & ski-out" / "hike-in & hike-out" have never been more attractive. We combine everything our guests need under one roof - accommodation, bistro, shop and relaxation. Highlight in every apartment: a private Hydrosoft infrared cabin providing pleasant hyperthermia which activates your self-healing powers in the most natural way. A true relief for the respiratory tract, bronchial tubes, lungs, heart, back, skin and psyche. Except for leisure activities in the outdoors, our guests do not need to leave the apartment house.

Apartment "Pepi" covering approx. 86 m² plus 8 m² balcony: 2 double rooms with flat-screen TV, adjoining bathroom incl. shower/WC/hairdryer, eat-in kitchen with kitchenette (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso capsule machine, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery...), dining area and living area with sofa and flat-screen TV.
