Just a stone's throw from the Canal du Midi in the heart of the Corbières vineyards, the village of Canet d'Aude offers an ideal location just 15 minutes from Narbonne la Romaine. The Gîte Chez les Brocs welcomes you for a relaxing stay in the sunshine of the Midi. Located in the heart of the village, you will find several local shops within 300m (restaurants, grocery shop, newsagent, bakery...). On the spot the gîte has a completely private terrace, fenced and independent with garden furniture and barbecue to fully enjoy your holidays. You will also appreciate the swimming pool (size: 4x7,50x1,40) to be shared with two guest rooms with an access from the terrace of the gîte and with an outside shower. The region offers a multitude of activities to do in the vicinity: hiking or cycling with diverse and varied landscapes, visit the natural and cultural heritage: regional natural park of Narbonnaise, the African reserve of Sigean, the port of Somail, the beaches of the Aude coastline, the Abbey of Fontfroide or the City of Carcassonne or Minerve The gîte does not have private parking but you can park in front of the house or along the street. On the ground floor there is a large master suite with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (shower and bath). A large space with armchairs and a fridge with direct access to the private terrace and then to the pool. A separate toilet. On the first floor, a living room with a dedicated lounge area (sofas and armchairs), a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A second bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom (shower and washbasin). A second independent toilet with hand basin. On the second and last floor, a third bedroom with a 160cm bed, an independent shower room with shower and washbasin and a fourth and last bedroom with two 90cm beds. The whole gîte is air-conditioned except for the ground floor, which remains cool during the summer months. Baby equipment on request. All-inclusive services (towels, sheets and end-of-stay cleaning). WIFI in the gîte. Green'up socket for recharging electric vehicles.
