The holiday home built in 1997, was renovated in 2004 and is a semi-detached house and furnished in a modern and functional style. Also due to its sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. Parking for e-bikes.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. On the property there are 2 items: RUE MON 009 (4 persons) and RUE MON 010 (5 persons). The garden is available for shared use. The house is located in a small part of the village on the main street, only 7 km off the Baltic resort Binz. The place is free of cure charges. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
