Our house is situated in a quiet sunny location in Neustift / Kampl. In the near surrounding to our house you find the bus stop, supermarket, the lake "Kampler See" with beach volleyball, football, children's playground and a small restaurant "Seestüberl". Many walks start right outside of the apartment.
The apartment has about 90 m², is suitable for 2-7 persons (2-5 persons plus 1 separate additional double room for 2 persons) and consists of
- 2 bedrooms equipped with box spring beds
- comfortable open living area with living room (radio, safe, LCD satellite TV) and large kitchen (induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker)
- large bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC
- garden with sitting area
W-LAN free of charge in the apartment
Bed linen and towels, as well as cooking utensils and crockery are available and included. Fresh bread is delivered every morning on request.
Parking spaces are directly in front of the house.
