The holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor of a historic building whose history goes back to 1348. At this time, the village of Richimbach grew up around a church and a manor. The place was later renamed Reichenbach, and from 1529 it was given the name Dornreichenbach in reference to the thorny area at the time.

During the Second World War, the manor served as an inspector's house; it was later transferred to the ownership of the agricultural production cooperative. In 1997, the current owner, Enrico Ullmann, acquired the run-down property and had it converted into a residential and commercial building. He also supported the construction of the neighboring animal enclosure. The Lossatal municipal administration had the former wash house converted into a pilgrim rest area. A paved public parking lot was created in front of the house for walks in the park or bike rides across the country.

The caravan for overnight stays is located on own property.

The cozy 2-room apartment with kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom is located on the attic. It has a double bed in the first bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with a bar table with four chairs, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a Senseo coffee machine (and a few coffee pods), a kettle (various types of tea are available), a toaster, a free-standing stove with a glass ceramic hob and oven, a water treatment system (filtered drinking water), a wood stove/fireplace (wood available at an additional cost) and a rocking chair.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a bathtub, the toilet and a pull-out wall dryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the rental price.

For the little ones there is a children's painting table with two chairs and toys.

The holiday apartment is not step-free - therefore not barrier-free!

Payment on site in cash or in advance by bank transfer. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the total price. Arrival is possible from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Departure is possible from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Other arrival and departure times after consultation. You will receive the key to the apartment upon arrival on site. Let us know a possible arrival time. Pet are allowed. Bread roll service. E-bikes for rent: EUR 20/day
