Villa Ulika is named after the old olive trees, which are called "Ulika" in the local dialect. The villa is a peaceful oasis surrounded by olive trees and a fenced garden of 1000m2 with swimming pool and heated jacuzzi for 6 people.
The villa is a restored old stone house, ideal for large groups as it can accommodate 12 guests. When you enter the villa, you step back in time because of the rustic atmosphere and 19th century furniture.
The villa consists of a fully air-conditioned first floor, a second floor and an attic. The first floor and first floor each have their own fully equipped kitchen, dining table, living room with sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed and satellite TV. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. On the second floor there are the next 2 rooms with double bed and private bathroom, one with whirlpool bath and the other with whirlpool shower. In the attic there is an additional bedroom with a double bed.
In the courtyard of the villa you can refresh yourself in the pool and jacuzzi, relax in the garden furniture, sunbathe on one of the deck chairs or go on a cycling adventure, as bicycles are also available. Next to the pool is an air-conditioned pool house, which is ideal for entertaining and dining together. There you will find 2 large dining tables, a kitchen, a large barbecue, an LCD satellite TV, a home theater and a bathroom with a shower.
At night, you can enjoy the lighting effects under the olive trees by the pool, which create a special atmosphere.
This stone house is located in the small Istrian village of Anzici. With 44 inhabitants it is very quiet and relaxing, the bustling tourist stronghold of Porec with its beaches is only a short drive away. The village is 5 minutes from Baderna and Visnjan where all amenities are located as well as access to the highways to Pula and Trieste airport (Ryanair, FlyGlobespan, Thomson, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Tuifly, German Wings, Sterling, Wizzair and numerous Russian charter flights).
