The owners have a small deer farm near the villa, which will be a wonderful experience for every guest. You can swim in the pool and enjoy the view of the free-roaming animals. The villa has two bedrooms, each with double beds, two bathrooms and an elegant and modern living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. Here you will find an additional sleeping option - a comfortable sofa bed, sufficient for 2 people. And if one part of your group needs some rest while the other wants to spend a long night tasting Croatian specialties - the owner has even taken care of that little detail. Right next to the main house is a smaller house consisting of an entertainment room with pizza oven and WC.

The villa is ideal for nature lovers, as its surroundings provide a perfect backdrop for those who prefer to relax in nature. The first beaches are only a 20-minute drive from the villa, as are the beautiful coastal towns of Labin and Rabac. Opatija - the pearl of the Adriatic, where kings and tsars spent their summer months - is also just a short drive away.
