Villa Paliska 3 is a modern, luxurious villa that offers outstanding design inside and out. The owners have taken care of every detail to ensure that every guest feels comfortable and relaxed.
The villa consists of two floors. The open concept living room together with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room is located on the first floor, from where you have direct access to the terrace and pool. One bedroom and one bathroom are also located on the first floor. The remaining 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms can be found on the second floor, as well as a beautiful balcony from where you can enjoy the view with a cup of coffee.
In the middle of the villa's outdoor area is a private swimming pool with sun loungers, ideal for relaxing on hot summer days with a cold drink!
If you want to spend your time on the beach, you don't have to go far, as the beautiful beaches of Cape Kamenjak are only 800 meters away from the villa!

Villa Paliska is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed.Premantura is the southernmost place on the Istrian peninsula, only 10 km away from the city of Pula - one of the most popular tourist destinations in this area. Premantura is located on an elevated part of Cape Kamenjak - the sunniest part of Istria, whose 30 km long coastline offers a number of beaches, coves and islets ideal for families and sunbathing. Premantura is surrounded by the sea on three sides and is a popular vacation destination for all windsurfing and kayaking enthusiasts. Those looking for a more active vacation can also enjoy tennis, mini golf and a boules court. Cape Kamenjak is a nature reserve that offers beautiful views, crystal clear turquoise sea and 530 plant species, some of which are endemic. Building on the cape is prohibited and the best way to explore Kamenjak is by bike. Pula is the largest port and tourist hub in Istria. Rich in cultural and traditional aspects but also due to the beautiful natural landscape, Pula offers all kinds of leisure activities such as sports facilities, night club, casino, pubs and restaurants as well as organized tours. The symbol of this city is definitely the twenty centuries old city arena, where spectacular gladiator fights took place in Roman times. A trip with the whole family to the Brijuni National Park is also definitely worth a visit.
