This holiday apartment for up to 3 adults and 1 baby, renovated in 2017, is located on the outskirts of Ueckermünde in a quiet residential area on the upper floor of the owner's house on a plot of approx. 1,100 m². There are shops and restaurants nearby, the restored old town with the town harbour is approx. 1.5 km away and the beautiful beach on the Szczecin Lagoon is approx. 3.5 km away.
The 60 square metre non-smoking apartment is accessible via an outside staircase and has a living room (couch, flat-screen TV, radio-CD player), kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed, TV), bathroom (shower, WC, washing machine, hairdryer), a small hallway, central heating and insect screens on the windows. There is also a large, furnished balcony, barbecue, car park, two bicycles to hire for a fee (EUR 5/bike), bicycle storage facilities, seating in the garden and free WiFi. Depending on the season and in consultation with the owners, herbs, fruit and vegetables from the garden may be used.
Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for a fee. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. A small dog up to a height of 30 cm is allowed in this property.
The up-and-coming seaside resort of Ueckermünde, the easternmost German harbour town on the Szczecin Lagoon, has a population of around 12,000 and has developed into a highly recommended holiday destination. There is an old town worth seeing with cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities, a beautiful zoo and a marina on the Uecker with boat hire and passenger boat trips to Poland and the island of Usedom.
