Milčetići, 30 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 520 sqm, closed garden plot with trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Our house is 156 sqm, has a 36 sqm heated pool and has a beautiful sea view from the balcony The house has a perfect location. The distance to the sea is 350 m. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes via a footpath along the sea. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

air conditioner, electric heating. Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), books, dvds or music for children, iron, ironing board, washing machine and dryer. TV reception takes place via satellite. The accommodation is set up allergy-free.
