Our house Roasthof is idyllically located at the foot of the Pinnistal (a small valley), in the Neder neighborhood. With great attention to detail, we renovated our house and apartments in spring 2024. We took special care to ensure that you won't miss anything on your vacation. With us you can choose between 4 different apartments that can accommodate up to 6 people! Each apartment is named after a mountain and its peak can be seen from the balcony or the window of the apartment!
If you stay at Roasthof from 17 May 2024 to 3 November 2024 in our accommodation, you will receive the Stubai Super Card for free!

Welcome to our cosy holiday flat on the ground floor, which offers space for 2 to 6 people. The flat has two comfortable bedrooms.

The spacious living area is the perfect place to relax. Here you will find a comfortable sofa bed, which offers additional sleeping options, as well as a flat-screen TV for cosy evenings.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and has everything you need to prepare your favourite meals, including a cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, two washbasins and a separate WC.

The two balconies are the highlight of the flat. They not only offer a breathtaking view, but also a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the fresh air and relax.

Our holiday flat is the ideal retreat for couples, families or small groups looking for comfortable and well-equipped accommodation.
