The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house, built in 1903, renovated in 2023 and is modern and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, in the center, near the old town. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the sunny location. This property is a historical accomodation. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger and terrace.

Arta. The holiday apartement is located on a closed plot, limited by a fence. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Bathroom (5 sqm, not heatable) with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
2nd floor: Bedroom (30 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 crib and access to the terrace.
