In the heart of Veneto, nestled in a 2500 m² property, which is accessed along a stretch of unpaved road, bordered by 50 rose bushes, is this beautiful holiday home with private pool. Here you are just 17 km from Rovigo and 45 from Ferrara: a strategic position to visit the beautiful cities of Veneto and Emilia Romagna. The house has plenty of space and is on two floors connected by a staircase. In the cooler seasons the fireplace in the living room will warm up your evenings and, in the summer, you will particularly love the gazebo under which you can dine after cooking in the equipped outdoor kitchen with fireplace and barbecue, while your children play in the garden. From here there are two cycle paths that run along the river Po and the Adige and on the nearby Euganean Hills you can go hiking or mountain biking. The area is ideal for visiting the fascinating cities of Ferrara (45 km), Padua (57 km), Verona and Venice (95 km), as well as many wonderful little medieval villages. Spend a relaxing day at the Abano and Montegrotto Terme spas or sunbathe on the long beach of Rosolina (60 km). At 50 km the Po Delta park offers fantastic naturalistic excursions and the possibility of fishing. In an hour's drive you can also reach Lake Garda with its amusement parks and its wonderful villages. And after a day full of emotions, it will be nice to return to the tranquility of this house and take a swim in your pool. The house owner lives in the house next door.

    “Die Ausstattung war gut, besonders gut in der Küche, es gab eigentlich alles. Die Bäder waren soweit okay. Es wäre schöner, wenn es nach einer Woche frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher geben würde. Die entzückende alte Dame (die Besitzerin), die im Nebengebäude wohnt, versteht leider (aber natürlich) nur italienisch, die Tochter, ebenfalls sehr nett, kommt zu Schlüsselübergabe und am Ende. Sie spricht gut englisch. Es ging soweit, ich wollte deswegen nicht hinterher telefonieren.

    Wir haben Fernsehen nicht vermisst, es gab aber auch nicht wirklich deutsches Fernsehen, wer das möchte, ist hier falsch. Es gab nur Ton für das Erste, es gab ZDF, das wars. Der SAT Receiver steht da zwar und in jedem Raum ist auch ein TV, alles Italienisch.
    Das Haus ist nicht ganz günstig, ist aber auch sehr groß. Ich fände es daher allerdings angemessen, bei dem Gesamtpreis den Verbrauch von Wasser, Strom und Gas zu inkludieren. Bei vergleichbaren Objekten in der Toskana ist das üblich. Und wenn man das Gesamtobjekt mietet, sollten wirklich auch alle Räume offen sein, ein Schlafzimmer blieb verschlossen, war gar nicht vorbereitet, obwohl wir das bei Buchung erbeten hatten. Wir wurden trotzdem im Vorwege kontaktiert, ob wir 2 oder 3 (statt der ja vorhandenen 4) Räume möchten, das wurde dann noch unseren Wünschen bereitet. Ich dachte aber, wir könnten uns die uns am besten scheinenden Betten-Zimmer aussuchen, das ging nicht. In dem einen 2-Bett Zimmer war sogar nur ein Bett von beiden bezogen. Das wollte ich bei Ankunft aber nicht groß bemängeln. Es ging auch gut so, aber es wäre eben schöner gewesen. Der Pool war schön, das Wasser sauber, es gab genug Liegen, ein Sonnenschirm war zwischendurch kaputt gegangen, wurde sofort bemerkt und sofort repariert. Auch im Bad gab es ein Problem, das wurde sofort repariert.”
