Holiday apartment in a magnificent villa with a garden, at the heart of Brianza

This apartment is part of a holiday home in a quiet residential area. It is located on the ground floor, with access to the garden and consists of a total of five rooms. Is is about 80 square meters and is surrounded by a garden.

In the garden, chairs and a table are available, as well as a grill area with a barbecue, fireplace and stone table under a gazebo. The site is fenced and has a parking space.

The apartment comprises a large living room with a fireplace, a sofa for 4-5 people and a dining space, and a kitchen with a gas stove, gas oven, toaster and microwave, along with a twin bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a separate bath and shower and a bidet. The apartment measures around 80m² and is surrounded by garden.

Staying at this location allows you to go on walks by the Brianza lakes or hiking tours in the Alpine foothills of Lombardy, or boat trips on Lake Como. You can also go on cycle tours in the Valsassina, on guided gastronomic and wine-tasting tours in the Valtellina, or you can simply enjoy the peace and quiet in the garden. It is easy to get from the accommodation to Milan (35 km), by train (Ferrovie Nord) or by car. The Lombardy airports are also within easy access: Milan-Linate (41 km), Milan-Malpensa (68 km) and Orio al Serio (66 km). The apartment is about 45 minutes by car from Milan, but can also be reached by train in less than an hour.

    “Das Haus war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet mit einem wunderschönen Garten und Tischtennis-Platte. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und besonders kinderfreundlich. Der Comer See ist schnell zu erreichen und es gibt viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Möchte man allerdings im See baden, ist man hier nicht ganz an der richtigen Stelle. Ein schöner Badestrand - auch für Kinder geeignet - ist ca. 50 Min. entfernt in dem Ort Lierna.”
