Holiday in the Erzgebirge in a central but quiet location amidst greenery

The city apartment is in a central location in Annaberg-Buchholz, on the second floor of an apartment house, with a lovely view as far as the St. Annen church and over the surrounding sites. Perhaps you are looking for accommodation for your next holiday, summer holidays, an autumn walking holiday or for the Annaberger Kät – the big folk festival in the Erzgebirge. The apartment is also very popular for the Advent, Christmas and New Year period. Take some romantic time out here, switch off or go on a lovely winter walk on Pöhlberg.

By the entrance to the house there is a nice little planted garden with a garden bench, as well as a little table and 2-3 chairs in summer, which you can share use of on request.

The apartment provides 80m² of space for up to 8 people and has comfortable and tasteful furnishing. It has a modern interior and a fully-equipped kitchen with many appliances including a fridge with freezer compartment, stove with an oven. The living room is furnished with a modern cupboard wall, a double sofa bed and comfortable seating. A TV and CD player are also provided. The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed, as well as the double sofa bed in the living room. One bedroom is very big, so it is possible to use a further sofa as a bed for 1-2 people (on request). Further supplementary beds may be possible on request. Some interesting books are available.

The many great trip possibilities include the narrow-gauge railway, three visitor mines, a model railway museum for children and the theatre. The most beautiful time to visit is the Christmas and Advent period. It is only a 7-minute walk to our lovely Christmas market, among the best in Germany, with a unique flair in the pre-Christmas period, with decorated and illuminated windows. The surrounding landscape is hilly and varied, so suitable for those who enjoy hiking but also like proximity to the town. It is only a few hundred metres to various shops. There are also public transport connections nearby.

The minimum booking period in December is 4 days. Only one dog is allowed on request. On the ground floor of the house there is a modern hairdressing salon. A good range of wellness and Ayurveda massages, as well as health consultations are available. You can book special beauty programmes or wellness weekends.

    “Sehr schöne Wohnung, es ist alles da was man benötigt. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Zentrumsnahe Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr schöne Gegend, es gibt viel zu entdecken.”

    “Es ist eine schöne helle, große Ferienwohnung die komplett ausgestattet ist. Die Lage ist optimal da die FW sehr Stadtnah ist. Normalerweise hätte ich auch 5 Sterne gegeben aber leider war uns die Wohnung zu kalt, dazu muss ich aber sagen das wir bei Minusgraden dort Urlaub gemacht haben und wahrscheinlich die Holzfenster daran schuld waren. Ansonsten sind die Vermieter sehr nett und auch bemüht es einem recht zu machen.”

    “Nur wenige Gehminuten bis ins Zentrum der Stadt, 20 Fahrminuten bis nach Oberwiesenthal ins Skigebiet - ideale Lage. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Weitere Wünsche werden von den sehr freundlichen Vermietern zusätzlich gern erfüllt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super!!! Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben die Tage sehr genossen!!!”
