Holiday house with a south-facing terrace, close to the natural beach

The site with a holiday house in Stahlbrode is on a little holiday house estate without any through traffic, close to the waterfront.



You have an approximately 450m² plot with a parking space. The approx. 40m ² house is divided into kitchen (open), bathroom, bedroom with french. Double bed, living room including dining area. You can expect a fully equipped kitchen with fridge (with freezer compartment), coffee machine, kettle, toaster, 4 plate ceramic hob & dishwasher. The living and dining area is equipped with satellite TV & flat screen, sofa, dining table with armchairs, bookshelf, radio & BluRay player.



The house has a spacious south-facing terrace with a large brick barbecue on the adjacent lawn. On the large closed terrace there is a table with 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a parasol. The plot is surrounded & closed with a 80cm high fence.



The dog-friendly holiday home offers: swimming about 100m from the house, large dog bed (hygienically wipeable), Veterinarian in approx. 3km, contact details veterinarians, veterinary clinic, poison emergency call, free heap bags, water and food bowls (Hunters), books on the topic of dogs, first aid pet boxes, information about dog salons, dog schools etc. Furthermore there is a fenced-in large terrace, field and hiking trails directly from the holiday home as well as a souvenir for the dog.

    “Ein schöner kleiner Bungalow, perfekt für 2 Personen. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Eine herrliche Ruhe,perfekt zum Entspannen und Seele baumeln lassen. Nur das ziemlich kleine Bett war für uns jetzt nicht optimal zum schlafen. Aber Pluspunkt wiederum die paar Schritte zum Wasser. Für unseren Hund ,die Wasserratte perfekt.”

    “Der Bungalow liegt sehr ruhig, super zum entspannen. Perfekt zum Urlaub machen mit Hunden. Wir haben zwei und die haben sich super wohl gefühlt und sich auch schnell eingelebt. Zum Frühstück kann man am besten sehr leckere Brötchen am Hafen holen. Zum Strand ist es auch wirklich nur ca 5 Minuten. Das Wasser ist ganz flach, zum baden/schwimmen nicht geeignet, aber für die Hunde zum planschen super. Wenn man einkaufen möchte, sollte man Richtung Stralsund oder Greifswald fahren, da findet man dann auch größere Discounter um sich mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken. Abends was zu Essen kann man entweder was grillen direkt am Bungalow oder man fährt dann auch nach Stralsund. Super lecker war es im Wallensteinkeller...da wird wie im Mittelalter mit Fingern gegessen...sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Der Bungalow war auch sehr sauber und von der Ausstattung völlig ausreichend. Vielen Dank nochmal an Frau Grap, sie gibt sich mit allem wirklich viel Mühe und ist sofort zur Stelle wenn man was braucht.”
