This pretty little cottage, set by the sea, makes a perfect holiday home for a couple or a small family. Located by Östra Stranden in Halmstad, it is close (only 150 metres) to one of the longest and most popular beaches of the area, all of four kilometres long. Halmstad is one of Sweden's most popular summer holiday towns, people travel from all over the country to enjoy the beaches of Halmstad. The sea is to the west of your cottage and on the other side there are residential areas.

The cottage features a small, cosy living room with a kitchen area. There is also a lovely conservatory, perfect for breakfast or evening meals. A steep staircase takes you to the mezzanine where you will find a double bed and two single beds. Bathroom with a WC, wash basin, shower, and underfloor heating. There is a small garden of 75 kvm surrounding the cottage. A drive, or bus ride, of 35 kilometres will take you to the centre of Halmstad, where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and other services.

Families with small children will enjoy a visit to Busfabriken, which is a large indoor playground. Another suitable destination for children is Äventyrslandet ( “Adventure land”). Or take a drive along the coast. Outside of Halmstad you will find a beautiful area called Steninge, where you will find farm shops, craftsmen, cafes and restaurants. Be sure to visit Särdal's mill with it's café, shoup and delicacies. Or pay a visit to Heagård's Skafferi, which offers barbecues and live troubadours. Gösta's café and restaurant in Steninge offers a magnificent view of the sea. There are also plenty of beautiful beech woods if you enjoy walking. Take a long walk on Prins Bertil's Stig which leads from Halmstad castle, through Tylösand, to Möllegård. The open-air museum Hallandsgården is a popular attraction.
