Holiday apartment Katja on the first floor

The apartment is on the first floor of the house and has a pleasant and fully-equipped interior. It has a living room with a kitchen unit. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm). The bathroom provides a shower, hairdryer, bidet and toilet. There is also a washing machine. Free Internet access is available.

The holiday apartment is in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, in a lovely garden with a lot of flowers.

Not far from the house there are several beaches with sand or stone slabs. The sea is clean and pleasant for swimming and diving. Near the house there are also many restaurants and konoba, where you can enjoy good Mediterranean cuisine. For sports enthusiasts there are a tennis court, bicycle and boat hire and a diving school nearby. In the vicinity you can also find a harbour with ships and boats for days trips out to sea. You can buy groceries in shops nearby and there are other shops for bigger shopping trips about 800 metres away.

The balcony (3 x 2m) is accessible from the bedroom. There are parking spaces by the house for about five cars, or fewer cars and a boat trailer. Small pets (up to about 6kg) are welcome at a supplementary charge. However, the site is not fenced.

    “Das Appartement war mit allen erforderlichen Dingen eingerichtet. Für den Preis war alles vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Vermieter sprechen sehr gut deutsch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen. Der Vermieter hat uns zusätzlich noch eine Radfahrwanderkarte organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

    “Das Appartement besteht aus einem Bad mit Dusche und einer Waschmaschine, einer kleinen Küche und einem Schlafzimmer mit angrenzenden Balkon. Die Lage des Appartements ist gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir waren zu zweit und haben zum Teil mit 3 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern gegessen und es hat bis auf ein paar Stühle an nichts gefehlt. (Die haben wir vom Vermieter bekommen.)

    Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Lediglich für große Einkäufe muss man ins nahegelegene Ort fahren oder am besten in Pula einkaufen. Auch die Entfernung nach Pula ist absolut verträglich. Wir waren aufgrund des Angebotes mehrere Abende dort.

    Der Vermieter wohnt selber im Haus und ist superfreundlich, gleich zu Beginn wurden uns sämtliche Strände und Möglichkeiten im Ort gezeigt. Die Hilfsbereitschaft ist wirklich super. Sehr nette Leute! Selbst ein Anlegeplatz für unser Boot haben wir kostenfrei zu Verfügung bekommen.

    Ich werde auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung aussprechen und evtl. selber wieder mal hin kommen da es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Alter 42 Jahre mit Kind 10 Jahre.”
