The outdoor area has a garden with sun loungers, tables, chairs and a barbecue, as well as a whirlpool. There is a little wellness centre on site with a sauna and a steam bath (included). Car parking spaces are provided.

The apartment has heating throughout and has an air conditioning unit that cools the whole apartment. The apartment is in the “Barchessa” (an annex to the main building).
