Beautiful and spacious cottage with wooden floor and tiled floor with underfloor heating. There are four nice bedrooms with double beds and closet space.
Of the two bathrooms, one is equipped with a whirlpool, sauna and shower. The kitchen-living room is spacious with a large dining table and a lovely sofa corner where everyone can make themselves comfortable. A fireplace stove provides coziness and an air to air heat pump is used to warm the premises. The internet connection is fast (120/20 MBit).
Outside, you can enjoy the morning sun in the comfortable lounge corner. There are also several partially covered terraces equipped with quality garden furniture, sun loungers and a garden bench with table, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun.
At the house there is parking for four cars.

You'll live just a five-minute walk from Arrild's popular indoor swimming pool, to which eight people have free admission.
Shopping and a fishing lake are also within walking distance.

The cottage is located in the cottage settlement Ferieby Arrild in a naturally beautiful area with plenty of space.
