This amazing 6-bedroom holiday home is in Regnéville-sur-Mer, resting close to the sea. It is ideal for a large family or two smaller families, and can accommodate 12 guests. This holiday rental has a fenced furnished garden that offers a perfect spot for brunch.

The sea is 2 km from the stay, perfect for walking by the coast and building sandcastles. The nearest restaurants are also 2 km. Enjoy a ride on the horse back only 5 km away.

On the private terrace, you can enjoy a platter of barbecue. A recreation room, table tennis table, and library are provided. Fireplace is installed for you to stay warm inside. A trampoline and children’s bed are offered for the little kids to enjoy. Parking is available. 2 pets are allowed.

Dinard Airport lies 90 km away.

At the centre of a quiet hamlet, the house is secluded and surrounded by three acres of well maintained garden. The picturesque village of Regneville-Sur- Mer, which has a bakery, a good local restaurant and other shops and cafes, is only a kilometre away, an easy ride by bicycle. The popular seaside resort of Agon Coutainville is 8 kilometres up the coast, and there is tennis, horse riding and sailing at Hauteville sur Mer, less than five kilometres from the house. The market town of Coutances with its famous Gothic Cathedral, is only a short drive inland.
There is much to do in the area, including visits to ancient castles, manoirs and abbeys. Sporting activities include wind surfing, sailing and accorbranche. The small Normandy lanes are perfect for biking and there are many local walks by the sea and inland if you wish to discover the countryside on foot.

    Schlafzimmer waren sauber, ebenso die Bäder; die Küchenausstattung leider nicht ganz.. Der Abflussschlauch der Küche war defekt. Leider fanden auch Mäuse Eingang in dieses wunderschöne Objekt.
