This well-kept and inviting flat block in Neuschönberg is located close to the famous Baltic Sea beaches "Brazil" and "California". On the three floors of the house you will find comfortable apartments and amenities that will make your holiday a successful experience.

This beautiful holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and will impress you and your loved ones as soon as you enter. The cosy furnishings invite you to linger and relax when you return after long days at the beach or active days in the region. The terrace with access to the shared garden invites you to sunbathe in the summer months, eat your favourite meals here or simply read a good book. You can also use the utility room.

The fantastic Schönberg beach with its 250 metre long pier and the many pretty restaurants and fish restaurants along the beach promenade is only a few minutes away by bike. From here, excursion boats leave for Kiel, Strande or fishing trips, where you will get your money's worth as an angler.
The beaches of the neighbouring districts of Brazil and California are also within easy reach. In the summer season, the municipality organises an hourly bus service to the beaches so that you can get to the Baltic Sea quickly and comfortably without any parking problems.
Here in the Probstei holiday region, cyclists get their money's worth on the numerous, well-signposted cycle routes. The backdrop is particularly colourful during the rape blossom season. The shopping city of Kiel and the exciting Hansapark are also not far away - excursions here guarantee a varied holiday, even if it's not beach weather.

    “Meine Tochter und ich heben eine sehr schöne Woche in Neuschönberg verbracht. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, geräumig und läßt keine Wünsche offen. wir hatten eine Parterre- Wohnung mit Terasse und Garten, wo man gut zu den Mahlzeiten sitzen konnte.
    Auch ein geräumiger Fahhradschuppen war vorhanden, in dem wir auch für die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts unseren Fahrradträger "parken" konnten.
    Bis zum Schönberger Strand waren es mit dem Fahhrad und zum Supermarkt 5 Minuten.”

    “Preisleistungsverhältnis gut,Vermieter sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet,es fehlte ledeglich eine Käsereibe :)
    Betten und Matratzen gut. Schlafzimmer etwas eng,aber ok.
    Die Lage an der Hauptstraße in Neu Schönberg ist wenig idyllisch,aber jede Einzelne Ferienwohnung hat einen Balkon oder eine Terasse zum Garten hinaus,sehr nett...
    Es gibt genügend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.
    Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten an den schönen Stränden von Schönberger Strand. Zu Fuß geht man 20-30 Minuten.
    Möglichkeiten um Fahrräder,Kinderkarren,Surfbretter etc. unterzustellen sind auch vorhanden.
    Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.”

    “Es war alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Freundlicher Empfang durch den Anbieter, der sogar ein Begrüßungspäckchen für unsere Labroador-Hündin hatte.
    Da wir noch viel Sonne hatten, wäre vielleicht eine Liege für die Terrasse super.
    Wir kommen gerne wieder!”
