This holiday home is located in Nadrin, the largest village in the municipality of Houffalize. This house is a radically renovated farmhouse with a private garden of about 3,000 square metres, where you can relax among the fruit trees on comfortable sun loungers. You can enjoy the sunlight from a sheltered area on the south terrace from early spring to late summer. The ground floor houses the living room with several seating areas, a semi-open, fully equipped kitchen and a separate living room with sliding doors leading to the terrace. There is also a utility room with a washer and a dryer as well as a guest toilet. On the first floor you will find four spacious and comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The smallest bedroom has a bunk bed. The house also caters to families travelling with small children. So there are three cots as well as baby and toddler toys. The garden is completely fenced and the bars of the garden gate leading to the street are spaced very close together. The inflatable hot tub in the garden can be used on request for a fee. It can be covered and secured with a zipper to ensure the safety of the little ones. Since the house and garden offers plenty of space, the older children can play football or run around to their hearts content. The house also has a very good wireless connection. This house is the ideal choice of accommodation for a family holiday with children. A bakery, a grocery, a pharmacy and three restaurants in Nadrin are located within walking distance of the house. The town of Houffalize, which is known for the mountain bike world championships, is located 10 km north of Bastogne in the High Ardennes and is 9 km away from the house. This area had remained undetected for long and hence it is completely unspoilt. You can enjoy the fantastic views here. Nearby, you will also find the Nisramont dam with a beautiful lake, the Vallée des Fées (Pixie), the La Chouffe where beer is brewed and a recreational lake. The ruins of the castle in La Roche-en-Ardenne is also well worth a visit.
