    “Die Wohnung liegt in einem grösseren Gebäudekomplex. Der Balkon befindet sich beim Parkplatz der Liegenschaft, somit gibt es keinen grossen Verkehrslärm (bzw. keine Strasse). Bis zirka 14.00 Uhr hat der Balkon Sonne, deshalb kann es recht warm werden. Ein mobiles Klimagerät ist vorhanden (auch wenn bereits etwas älter zeigt es durchaus eine kühlende Wirkung). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Backofen und Mikrowelle funktionierten einwandfrei. Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung sauber. Die Matratzen der Hochbetten etwas gar dünn, ansonsten war der Liegekonform (im Hauptbett) in Ordnung. Besonders positiv ist die Nähe zu diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (frische Früchte sowie Lebensmittelladen, ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss). Zum Strand hat man etwa zirka 10 Minuten zu Fuss und zum Zentrum zirka 30 Minuten an der Strandpromenade.”
