Right in the southern French village of Vinassan (100m) this stylish holiday home with a large, enclosed private swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 0:30 to 1:40 m) with, especially for the youngest, a shallow area of \u200b\u200b5 x 2 m . From the large, semi-covered terrace offers a good view of the pool and lovely fenced grass garden. The village Vinassan lies between the vibrant town of Narbonne (5 km) and the long, white sandy beaches of the Mediterranean (14 km). On the beach bordering the beautiful nature reserve 'Massif de la Clape. For walkers and cyclists a true paradise. Rental in the charming seaside resort of Gruissan even a mountain bike and follow one of the many mountain bike trails. Admire more nature? Visit the beautiful lakes area near the village of Bages (16 km) and the Canal de la Robine (extension of Canal du Midi) where the banks are sojourn. Culture lovers go to the impressive abbeys of Fontfroide (22 km) and Lagrasse (49 km) and the castle town of Carcassonne (66 km).     “Zeer aangenaam en licht huis met een leuke en gezellige vakantiesfeer!
    Het terras en zwembad zijn excellent om te genieten in het zonnetje. Ruim genoeg, en met voldoende meubilair.

    Pluspunten:
    * ruim huis
    * ruime slaapkamers, met voldoende kastruimte
    * grote open keuken
    * leuke locatie, overal dichtbij
    * op 1 mei grote jaarmarkt/rommelmarkt in het dorp. Super gezellig.

    Minpunten:
    * alles is een beetje gedateerd en zou wel eens een opfrissing kunnen gebruiken (hoekjes en kantjes die los zitten, plankjes los op het terras, buitenkeuken is redelijk afgeleefd door de weersomstandigheden, redelijk veel kapotte lampen, ...)
    * huis was proper, maar niet tot in de puntjes (minder zichtbare plekken waren minder proper zoals boven op de dampkap, boven op half muurtje aan de douche en bad, ...)
    * best vermelden dat het huis niet toegankelijk is voor minder mobiele mensen (trappen buiten waren zichtbaar op foto, maar trapjes binnen aan de voordeur wisten wij niet)
    * slaapkamers boven zijn zeer slecht te verduisteren
    * tijdens koude momenten (wij gingen 1e week van mei) moeilijker te verwarmen 's avonds. De losse verwarmingselementen maken veel lawaai (maar warmen wel goed), de verwarming in de badkamer werkt niet.
    * gehorig huis (onderburen hoorden de voetstappen en geloop van onze kindjes)”
