Sa Sini Cabot is a recently renovated villa of 160m2 in the area of Llenaire, Puerta Pollença and only 100 meters from the sea.


When you enter the house of two levels , you find yourself in a luminous living/dining area with two sofas. On the right there is a well equipped kitchen.

The house has 4 bedrooms, two with single beds and two with double bed, 2 bathrooms and 1 small toilet.

All of the bedrooms have air conditioning/heating and access to the balcony which surrounds the Villa. It also has to the rear a small intimate balcony with views of the swimming pool.

The house has wifi available.


Exterior


The exterior of the house offers a lovely pool with sun beds and a large terrace / porch with a table for 8 people overlooking the garden with lawn and BBQ.

It has also a laundry area, an outdoor shower, a toilet, a barbecue and a ping-pong table.

There is also private parking with an automatic door available.


Sini Cabot is a great option for a group or family holiday and a perfect location for cyclists, as it has easy access to the main roads and a secure and suitable space to store bicycles.



Notes


Included in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas). The first cot and highchair are included in the price. The ecotax is not included and is payable on arrival.



Situation


Sa Sini is located in the tourist area of Puerto Pollensa. Together with Alcudia (the antic Roman Pollentia), Pollença and Cala San Vicente are the most beautiful areas of the north of the island. The highlights are the Calvary or the Roman Bridge, which dates of the 19th century, the Municipal Museum, the Music Festival and numerous art exhibitions. El Puerto de Pollensa preserves a long promenade and wide beaches. Cala San Vicente is a set of bays with crystal clear water. Puerto Pollensa offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars with live music. The golf course Pollença is situated only 11 km far away from the house and a sport center is 3.3 km away. The weekly market takes place every Wednesday on the street Virgen del Carmen. The distance from the airport is 66 km.

    “Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit sehr schöner Außenanlage. Wir wohnten als Familie (6 Erwachsene und 3 kleine Kinder) im Haus und hatten genügend Platz in den 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Der Wohnraum ist sehr schön mit einem großen Tisch, an dem alle Familienmitglieder Platz hatten. Die Küche ist ebenfalls groß und für einen Urlaub ausreichend ausgestattet. Sehr angenehm ist die Klimaanlage im Flur vor den Schlafräumen - eine tolle Lösung, um die Räume herunter zu kühlen. Besonders hat uns die überdachte Terrasse gefallen, selbst bei über 30 Grad war es dort sehr angenehm. Der Esstisch und die Loungemöbel luden zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool mit den umstehenden Liegen war natürlich bei allen sehr beliebt. Es waren reichlich Handtücher vorhanden, die auch noch 1 mal gewechselt wurden neben der Reinigung des Hauses. An der Rezeption im nahen Hotel wurde uns stets geholfen, wenn wir ein Problem hatten, der Hausmeister war umgehend zur Stelle! Von uns gibt es eine klare Weiterempfehlung!”

    “Das Haus war super schön. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch das Außengelände mit Pool war wunderschön. Bei Problemen gab es einen Ansprechpartner, der sofort und freundlich alles erledigt hat. Zum Strand war es sehr nah. Leider hatte der der Supermarkt, der um die Ecke lag, im März noch zu. Doch das war auch kein Problem. Wir haben uns in dem Haus rundherum wohl gefühlt.”

    “Dieses Haus hat uns allen gut gefallen. Optimal waren die Küche und der tolle, überdachte Esstisch im Freien. Super, dass es auch eine Waschmaschine vor Ort gab. Auch die Dusche und die Toilette gleich im Garten war angenehm. Das Haus war rein und es wurden sogar einmal die Hand- und Badetücher gewechselt und das ganze Haus geputzt. In der Küche könnte man noch eine größere Kaffeemaschine und Müslischalen besorgen. Toll war auch die Nähe zum Meer und die Infrastruktur insgesamt: Supermarkt mit Bäckerei, da hatte man frisches Brot zum Frühstück, Geschäfte und Shops am Abend und natürlich Restaurants. Der Strand war schön, das Meers sauber. Insgesamt alles toll und ein unvergesslicher Urlaub! Danke, dass wir am letzten Tag erst um 16 Uhr auschecken durften. Das war sehr angenehm, da wir eine Abendflug hatten.”

    “Sehr schöne Villa in nächster Strandnähe (ca. 50m) mit tollem Garten, Pool. 4 Zimmer mit 2 Badezimmern sowie einem weiteren Badezimmer beim Pool. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Abgesehen von einer eher spärlichen Kücheneinrichtung (Kochgeschirr usw) ein absolutes Top Haus. Würden dieses Haus sofort wieder buchen.”
