Beautiful wooden house with sea view in natural beautiful surroundings near the beach in the cottage area Fredmose. The house offers the highest and most modern comfort such as dishwasher and washing machine. One of the two bathrooms is large and has a 2-person whirlpool as well as a sauna for 4 persons. Good fishing opportunities on the beach. 102 l freezer in the house. Outside place to take out fish. In the hallway is an alcove with 2 sleeping places. In Sædballe Fredmose nature is intact and there are good fishing grounds here on the east coast. Popular with anglers is the Put & Take lake 8 km away, fish of the salmonid family are released. Langeland and the small islands off South Funen are blessed with pleasantly warm temperatures during the growing season, therefore a lot of fruit is cultivated here. On the way to Fredmose you will pass through orchards of great extent. When you come to a hill, you will have a good view of the Langeland Belt, where large and small ships bustle about. Only six kilometers away is the Langeland golf course.

    “Die Ausstattung kann einem reichen, wenn allerdings nicht so manche Sachen rosten würden, wie zum Beispiel das Besteck. Leider haben wir vor Ort noch nicht einmal einen Kugelschreiber gefunden, was vielleicht nicht zu einer Standardausstattung gehört, aber man doch einfach mal finden könnte. Dann gab es einen wunderschönen Ofen und tolle Kerzen, um es sich gemütlich zu machen. Leider gabt es kein Feuerzeug oder gar keine Streichhölzer.
    Das Geschirr hatte noch vom Vorgänger einen Fettfilm. In der Dusche war leider schon der Schwarzschimmel angesiedelt. Zum Schluss wollte ich durchwischen, habe allerdings keinen Reiniger gefunden, da der Schrank im Waschraum zugeschlossen war und sich mit keinem der Schlüssel öffnen ließ. Die Stuhlauflagen sind dreckig und teilweise kaputt, wir haben sie nicht nutzen wollen.
    Die Lage ist herrlich und Platz ist draußen auch jede Menge. Nur schade, dass die Hecken zur Zeit ganz niedrig sind und man wie auf einem Präsentierteller sitzt.
