Independent house in great position above the sea. The 2 porches of the house are ideal for outdoor meals. Huge external areas close to the seaside. The house has got a double bedroom, a twin bedded room, a kitchen and a living room overlooking a porch. The house is set on a hill. The property is partially fenced: it is not indicated to little children. San Vito Lo Capo is famous for its wonderful beaches, its crystal blue water, the couscous festival and its Natural park Riserva dello Zingaro. San Vito is also known to be one of the highest rock face of Southern Italy. The Monte Monaco and the Monte Cofano have always attracted climbers from all Europe, thanks to their great cliffs equipped for sport climbing.
