This beautifully furnished mansion in the villa park Porta Isola in Stevensweert offers pleasant comfort. The owner has created a private beach in the enclosed garden and the relaxing ambience is enhanced even more by the lounge set. Admire the beautiful views of the water from the covered terrace. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace, a modern bathroom and a room with a washing machine and a dryer. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a second bathroom. The park is located in a lake-landscape and has a sandy beach for swimming. The park offers a beautiful view of the water, the marina and the fortified town of Stevensweert. Within walking distance from the park is a restaurant with a terrace and bowling alleys, where you can also enjoy the famous Limburger cake. How about a trip by boat from the Burgundian Maas to Antwerp and Brussels! Plan a visit to Eindhoven, Roermond, Valkenburg, Maastricht and Thermae 2000 too. The hilly and rural area offers many biking and hiking trails. There are several golf courses in the region.

    “Jolie maison au bord d’un plan d’eau avec parking privatif dans un lotissement privé. Situation tés calme. Très belle cuisine équipée, séjour spacieux et convivial. Magnifique terrasse. Deux salles de bains dont une moderne avec douche italienne. Seul bémol pour les chambres toutes petites et mansardées pas très agréables notamment pour des adultes. Tarif des charges correct, nous avons chauffé une semaine pour environ 30 euros. Accueil très sympathique par le concierge du lotissement.”
