Lovely Holiday House in Partinico with Brick-Built Barbecue
The holiday villa is in the midst of nature, in the hills outside of Alcamo and just a few kilometres from the sea.
The villa consists of a well-maintained and charmingly furnished main building and a generous annex. The main building is on one level. The furnishing is modern and inviting. The centrepiece of the villa is the spacious living room with an open cooking niche and a dining space. The cosy sitting corner is arranged around the fireplace and consists of upholstered seating, a coffee table and a TV with satellite channels. The open cooking niche provides modern and elegant appliances, with everything you need for preparing meals: a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. Next to it there is the dining space with a table, chairs, display cabinets and sideboard. The living room and the dining space provide access to the outdoor areas around the house. There are three bedrooms: two each with a double bed (180 x 190cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 190cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. They also have wardrobes. It is possible to add a single bed to each of the bedrooms. The elegant bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. The annex consists of a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 190cm) and a shower room with a hairdryer. The living room opens onto a veranda with big window fronts, with a wood-burning stove, a brick-built barbecue and a table with chairs, as well as a kitchen with a sink and a gas stove. All the rooms in the villa and in the annex have air conditioning (cool/warm). Wireless Internet access is available. Firewood is provided for the fireplace. A washing machine is available.
The highlight of the villa is the lovely pool, where you can relax in the refreshing water. It is illuminated at night and features pretty plays of light. All around the pool there is a sun terrace with deckchairs, parasols and loungers, where you can sunbathe in peace all day long. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool. The villa is surrounded by a garden of around 10,000m², with citrus trees and other Mediterranean plants. There are some terraces with tables and chairs, inviting you to relax and enjoy meals outdoors. Children can play safely, as the site is totally fenced in and is partially video-monitored (the cameras can also be switched off at your request). There is an outdoor toilet outside the annex, as well as two further outdoor showers. The villa and the garden are ideal for spending a relaxing holiday and enjoying the peace and quiet and privacy of the large, green site. Five parking spaces are available. You should arrive by car, as the villa is somewhat off the beaten track.
The nearest sandy beach is several kilometres long, ideal for swimming, strolling by the water or enjoying the sunshine. It is within easy access 5km away. The nearest supermarket is about 3km away. It is a few kilometres to various restaurants. You can hire boats at the harbour in Castellammare del Golfo, or go on boat trips to the Dello Zingaro nature reserve and the faraglioni at Scopello. There are also ferries to the Egadi Islands. The location of the villa makes it easy to get to the places most worth seeing on the west coast of Sicily.
