House Davorka offers to the guests a harmonious and relaxing vacation in the rural area of Istria County, with breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings. Allow us to provide to your family and friends a pleasant stay in House Davorka.Comfortable holiday house with a pool and playground, quietly situated with a view of vineyards and the Ucka mountains, with a large garden for relaxing

The house is located in a small Istrian village with astonishing view of vineyards and the breathtaking Učka mountain. The house is newly built and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area, dining room and kitchen. The house is spacious and illuminated because has a lot of big windows, providing sun through all day. The most space of the house is taking a big dining and living area where guests have a lot of space to cook, gather and entertain. Kitchen area is
consisted of large sink, dishwasher, water purification filter, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, refrigerator, freezer and a large cooking surface (with all needed kitchen utensils). In the dining area is situated a big wooden table with 6 chairs which is great for socializing and eating with family and friends. The living room area is consisted of big spacious sofa, large television with satellite programs, DVD, CD player. The first bedroom has king size bed (1.60 m width), nightstands, large wardrobe and television with satellite programs. This bedroom has also covered terace which offers a magnificent view of the trees and the forest. Second bedroom has queen size bed (1.40 m width), wardrobe, television with satellite programs and has a beautiful open view to the Učka mountain. Third bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m width), nightstands and a large wardrobe. This bedroom has also covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. In the middle of the house is a big and spacious hall which has a big wardrobe and ironing table and clothes drying stand. The bathroom is consists of a shower cubicle, WC, washbasin, mirror, bidet, cupboard and washing machine. The toilet consists of washbasin and wc. Two bedrooms have covered terrace where you can in every moment enjoy in the stunning open view.

Outside of the house is spacious terrace with big wooden table and chairs for resting, relaxing or enjoying the wonderful view. In the outdoor is placed a swimming pool, in front of which is placed a "pebbled beach" with deckchairs and sun umbrella where guests can chill, catch the sun and enjoy in the swimming pool. Also in the outdoor, behind the house, on the big green area are swings, seesaw, trampoline and badminton net , ideal for kids playing. There is a large green area for kids to play football or any games they like.

The house has lovely greenery, ideal for relaxing for adults and for playing for children.

The main distinction is that the owner and accommodation providers of the House Davorka, Davorka and Ivo, are the hosts that can only be desired, their open access, manners, caring and being on disposal.

Guests have free access to Internet and have on their disposal the towels set and bed linen for each person.

The house has a lot of green area and its surrounded with astonishing views to Učka mountain, vineyards and a big rural green area. The guests have a interesting area to explore, so they can go cycling around the village, where they can see a lot of domestic animals, local indigenous food products but also to get to know the local people, their habits and to hear some traditional stories and legends. The house is 8 km far from the main city but also the sea, natural and cultural heritage assets are very close to the house, so the guests every day can visit different place.

There are many beautiful villages near the house, such as Sv. Martin, Nedešćina, Šumber, Snašići or Bečići. You can visit them by bicycle. Near the town of Labin there are also many interesting places worth a visit. If you enjoy the sea, you can drive to Rabac, Prtlog (Duga Luka), Ravni, Crni, Sv.Marina or Pula and Rijeka. The Labin old town with its monuments, churches, museums and sculptures is very interesting. You can admire impressive sculptures in the Dubrova sculpture park. Cycling fans can explore the multifaceted landscape by bike. The Ucka mountains are ideal for hiking and climbing in beautiful nature. Labin is just 8km from the house, where you can go shopping or just for a stroll through town. It also offers places of cultural interest and museums. Near Labin there is Rabac, a holiday town with beautiful beaches, crystal clear sea and various restaurants, bars and shops. For holiday-makers who enjoy the sea and cliffs, the quiet locality of Prtlog is the right choice for swimming and walking.

    “Die Ausstattung war wie versprochen, alles funktionierte. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepfegt, ebenso der Garten. Der Pool hätte etwas größer sein können, wurde aber alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Vermieterin spricht gut deutsch, die Tochter gut englisch - und sind beide sehr nett und gastfreundschaftlich. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Auto unabdingbar, weil das Haus etwa 10 Kilometer von Labin entfernt liegt. Dafür liegt die Unterkunft in einem sehr ruhigen kleinen idyllischen Ort.”

    “Wir (2 Erwachsene mit 2 Töchtern (13 und 15 Jahre) haben uns in dem Einfamilienhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern (davon 1 mit Dusche), Wohnzimmer, Küche und Flur sehr wohlgefühlt. Außerdem konnten wir den kleinen Pool und den großen und schönen Garten mit Trampolin und Badminton-Netz uneingeschränkt nutzen. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses war wie angegeben. Alles hat sehr gut funktioniert (Internet, deutsches Fernsehen, etc.). Das Haus und der Garten/Pool befanden sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Alle Räume im Haus und auch das Haus von außen waren sehr sauber und sehr ansprechend. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich ca. 10 Autominuten von Labin entfernt in einem sehr kleinen Dorf. Die Einwohner des Dorfes waren sehr freundlich und versorgten uns auch mit frischen Feigen. Der Mietpreis ist in unseren Augen absolut angemessen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und verfügen auch über ausreichende Deutschkenntnisse (obwohl nicht angegeben).”

    “Schönes Haus, übersichtlicher Pool; für 6 Personen fast zu klein - für 5 optimal; Nur ein Bad mit einer Dusche. Sonst alles sauber und gepflegt.”
