Luxurious Apartment on the pearl of the silver coast
Sao Martinho do Porto is a beautiful fishing village on the silver coast. It is easily accessible from Lisbon via the A8 (about 100 km). It is about 230 km from Porto via the A1. This holiday flat is located on the first floor of a building. The beach and the cove are accessible on foot.
The holiday flat boasts a fully loaded kitchen with a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dining nook and more. The flat accommodates a total of six people in one bedroom, furnished with a 160 cm double bed and an ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two. The ensuite bathroom boasts a shower, a sink and a toilet. The second bathroom boasts a shower Jacuzzi tub, a sink with a mirror and a vanity and a toilet. The entire apartment except for the second bathroom can be air conditioned.
The south facing patio offers beautiful views of the large garden with the community pool. The patio is furnished with outdoor furniture and two sun loungers. The community pool (ca. 175 m²; 18.50 x 9.50 m) is surrounded by sun loungers. The pool can be used all year. A spacious car parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you. Street side parking is also available.
An elevator from the underground parking makes access to the flat easy. The flat offers free wireless internet access. During a minimum one week stay, towels and bedding are supplied and the final cleaning is included in the rental price. For shorter stays, please note the applicable fees under utilities. A baby travel cot together with a high chair and babywalker can be arranged upon request for a fee per week.
It is about 900 meters to the sandy beach. Here you can enjoy aquatic sports; gold courses are also located on the vicinity. To the north, in Nazaré, you will find a popular surf spot. To the south is the lively coastal resort of Calds da Rahina, well known for its spa treatments. Sao Martinho is surrounded by world heritage sites, such as Obidos, Alcobaça, Sintra and so on. The neighbouring town of Foz do Arelha also has a beautiful large beach.
