These light and tastefully furnished holiday apartments are nestled into the green landscape just outside Putini, along the sunny west coast of the Istrian peninsula. You can spend a relaxing holiday here in nearly idyllic surroundings.

The holiday apartments are in a two-storey villa from the year 1978. The building has a total of five apartments, of which four are let out as holiday apartments and the fifth is occupied by the owner. All four apartments were completely renovated just recently in 2015 and provided with all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay.

Outside there is a shared pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There is also a convenient outdoor shower. The grill area on the sunny terrace invites you to enjoy leisurely meals together outdoors. The pool can be illuminated at night, so you can turn night into day and swim a few rounds under a starry sky. A car is recommended during your stay and there are secure parking spaces right in front of the villa.

The owner in the house is always mindful of your privacy, but is happy to assist with any queries. Your pet is welcome on request for a small fee.

The holiday apartments are about 7km from the nearest beach with crystal clear water. The harbour town of Rovinj is also 7km away and is ideal for an interesting day trip. It is about 300 metres from the apartment to the centre of Putini, with a pizzeria and a bus stop with regular direct connections to the beach and town. The nearest shops, supermarkets and restaurants are in Rovinjsko Selo about 2.5km away.

Holiday Apartment in Putini with Common Pool and Extensive View

The 70m² holiday apartment on the first floor provides a light living and dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a large daylight bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has a TV with a USB port and a satellite receiver and a wooden dining table with six chairs. There is also a safe for storing your valuables. You go through to the modern built-in kitchen in a rustic country style. It is equipped with a hob (three gas zones and an electric zone) with a cooker hood, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm), bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. One of them also has a single bed (90 x 190cm) for a child and its own flatscreen TV. The very modern bathroom with light tiles is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet and a washing machine. A cot and a highchair are available. Plenty of shampoo and shower gel, bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.
