This property is located in a stunning location surrounded by beautiful olive trees near Guia on the Algarve.



The villa accommodates up to ten people on two floors. The spacious living room is furnished with a huge sectional, a 50" satellite flat screen television with Spanish and English channels, a DVD player and a stereo. The adjacent bathroom offers a shower, a sink and a toilet. The dining area is furnished with a large table and comfortable chairs. The large kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. It is furnished with a table and chairs and offers a pantry. The first bedroom boasts a double bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a sofa bed for two. The second bathroom has a shower and is wheelchair accessible. A staircase leads from the living room to the first floor. The second living room is furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, a Play Station 3 and a satellite flat screen television. Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen size double bed. This floor houses two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, the second one is ensuite. Nearly all bedrooms are air conditioned. Wi-Fi is available.



The 8 x 5 meter heated pool offers a welcome refreshing dip. Or relax in the sun loungers or under the sun shade. The second patio is furnished with a stone table and bench, a sun shade and a hammock. There is also a barbecue at your disposal. The parking spaces are behind electrically operated gates.

    “Hele vriendelijke eigenaar!
    En vooral het verwarmde zwembad was echt geweldig fijn voor onze kleine kids! Ook was alles afgezet.. zodat de kinderen niet zonder toezicht naar het zwembad konden gaan erg fijn! Het huis was verder prima lekker ruim en het was schoon.
    Bij ons lag er nog zand omdat ze het terras aan het vernieuwen waren. De eigenaar had ons hiervan op de hoogte gesteld en stelde voor om ons te compenseren om niet de verwarming van het zwembad te betalen. Erg vriendelijk. Wij hadden totaal geen last van dat zand (lag naast de garage) en ook het terras wat wij gebruikten was klaar. Dus prima!
    Wij vonden dat je wel een auto nodig hebt om overal een beetje te komen bv Albufeira, maar met auto ben je daar ook zo..
    Kortom topvakantie! (ondanks het slechte weer)”
