The vacation home is located close to the Aflsuitdijk. It is large and has 3 bedrooms. From the living room and balcony you have a soothing view of the greenery. Behind the apartment you can also look from the garden also on this beautiful piece of the Netherlands. The accommodation is located 1 km from the Waddenzee and 3 kilometers from Lake Ijsselmeer, making it an ideal place for water sports enthusiasts. Den Oever itself is known for its fish market. Every weekend you can buy fresh fish there. The surrounding area is also perfect for cycling and walking. The seal forest is ideal for this.
If you want to stroll or visit cities, there are enough recommendations in the area. On the same side of the dike lies, for example, Den Helder. Den Helder is mainly known for the Dutch Navy. Visit the facility for free in July, when there is often an open day. The city itself is of course also suitable for shopping. If you cross the dike (by car or bicycle, the dike is about 32 km long), Sneek is recommended. Sneek has several older buildings, the water tower is the oldest. In August there is the 'Sneek Week', a big event that lasts a week, with music and many water activities. The city also has many restaurants with sitting gardens near the water.

    “Ausstattung: Ok. Neue Matratzen und modernere Ausstattung (Fußboden, Möbel) wären
    empfehlenswert. Fliegengitter an allen Fenster und Türen dringendst notwendig.
    Lage: Sehr gut. Sehr ruhig keine Lärmbelestigung durch die Autobahn. Alles ist schnell
    erreichbar. Gute Straßenanbindung
    Sauberkeit: Soweit OK. allerdings musste das Geschirr einmal gespült werden.
    Zustand: Derzeitiger zustand ist in Ordnung, allerdings ist eine Modernisierung (Fußboden,
    Sanitär) zu empfehlen.
    Preisniveau: Für den derzeitigen Zustand des Hauses etwas zu teuer. Modernisierte Häuser im selben
